Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks
By Richard Alfieri
Co-Directed and choreographed by Andrea Andresakis

"A joy from beginning to end." - LA Weekly

Lily hires Michael to give her private dance lessons. She's the widow of a Southern Baptist preacher; he's an acerbic, gay dance instructor. Together they dance the tango, the foxtrot, and cha-cha while they struggle through their relationships, fears, and dreams. An uncommon comedy about two very different people who find themselves through ballroom dancing.

IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO!!

July 19 - August 13, 2006

Set during the last years of New York City's celebrated High School for the Performing Arts on 46th Street (1980-1984), Fame--The Musical is the bittersweet, ultimately inspiring story of a diverse group of students as they commit to four years of grueling artistic and academic work. With candor, humor and insight, the show explores the issues that confront many young people today. Poignant, inspiring and FUN for all!
